Registration
SPEEDAM 2012 registration can be made either via Web (recommended procedure) or directly at the Secretariat Desk during the Symposium. Web registration will be available from March 1st, 2012 at the following website:
http://registration.speedam.org
Web registration is needed for participants who want to submit paper/papers and must be completed before up-loading it/them (not later than April 15th, 2012).
After having filled in the Web registration page, you will receive at your e-mail address a Registration Code and all information about payment procedure. We suggest to conclude this step as soon as possible.
Inclusion of accepted papers in the Scientific Programme and in CD-ROM Proceedings will be authorized by SPEEDAM Secretariat when the payment of the required fees is done.
Please take note that one full conference fee is needed for each paper.
If an author is registered for more than one paper, a reduced fee of € 300,00 will be applied to the registration of each paper in addition to the first one.
Full conference fee includes: Attendance at all the Sessions, Symposium Proceedings on CD-ROM, Conference Materials, Social Banquet, Welcome Cocktail, Lunches and Coffees.
The Student fee includes: Attendance at all the Sessions, Symposium Proceedings on CD-ROM, Conference Materials, Lunches and Coffee. Student reduced fee can be applied to the students who simply participate in the Symposium or are co-authors of already registered papers. If a student is the only registered author of a specific paper, a full conference fee is needed for him.
Accompanying person fee includes Social Banquet, Welcome Cocktail and Ladies'/Companions Programme. Excursions will be organized (free of charge) for the accompanying persons, according to their number. Reservation for excursions can be made at the registration desk.
