Conference Fees

(*) Applicable only to “full conference fee” registration.

(**) Recommended maximum length is 6 pages for each paper. Papers exceeding the recommended maximum length will be subject to an additional fee. Papers exceeding 8 pages will not be accepted.

Full conference fee includes: One paper registration (additional papers will be charged by € 110,00 per paper), Attendance at all the Sessions, Symposium Proceedings on CD-ROM, Conference Materials, Social Banquet, Welcome Cocktail, Lunches and Coffees.

The Student fee includes: Attendance at all the Sessions, Symposium Proceedings on CD-ROM, Conference Materials, Lunches and Coffee.

The Student fee does not include paper registration, for which a full conference fee is required.

Accompanying person fee includes Social Banquet, Welcome Cocktail and Ladies'/Companions Programme. Excursions will be organized (free of charge) for the accompanying persons, according to their number. Reservation for excursions can be made at the registration desk.
