Hotel Accommodation Notes

On the island of Ischia there are six different towns, four of which are on the sea. The most important town is called Ischia Porto which is the main arrival point on the island. The Conference Venue (Hotel Continental Ischia) is in the area of Ischia Porto, some hundred meters far from down-town.

Several rooms are available in Hotel Continental Ischia, which has a wide park with some thermal swimming pools.

Other rooms are available on two, three, four and five stars hotels either in the town of Ischia Porto or in the other sea-side towns (Casamicciola, Lacco Ameno, Forio) or on the coast, a little far from towns.

The hotel rates are summarized in the following table.

The rates of five-star hotels will be given on request.

Rates are per room per day, breakfast and VAT included.

A tourist tax of 1.0€ is due per person, per day (1.5€ for 4 or 5 star hotels).

This tax must be paid at the departure time from the hotel.
